Review: Elizabeth Grant, Lip Exfoliator and Conditioning Balm
March 22, 2012
Do your lips love a good exfoliation session? Mine do, for sure.
The past couple weeks, I’ve been using Elizabeth Grant’s dual product: Can You Keep A Secret? Lip Exfoliator & Conditioning Balm. It’s from their product line called The Socializer.
On one end is the exfoliator. Three clicks and a clear gel comes out of the black, rubbery head. There are tiny, gentle “bristles” that work with the gel to give a soothing scrub to your pucker. You also have the option of pressing the adorable, red kissy button on the side, which activates the vibrating head. Using the kissy button, slowly, as you exfoliate gives a really nice sensation, like a massage for your mouth.
The other end of the packaging is a pale, pink balm with a doe foot applicator. It’s light, smooth, not sticky at all and has a very mild, sweet scent. The two products are connected magnetically, which is great, because you can separate them, if you so desire, and carry the balm with you. It’s tiny enough to fit just about anywhere — pocket, purse, meh.
Here you can see the pink lip balm on the left and the exfoliator on the right end. And the adorable kissy button??

Because the two products are connected magnetically, they can easily be separated and reunited again, as often as you choose.
I’m loving this dual product from Elizabeth Grant. I have no complaints whatsoever. The packaging is adorable and easy to use. The products are both effective and always a pleasant experience. The only thing is that I’m tempted to use it EVERY day, rather than the recommended 2-3 times per week. Thank you, Elizabeth Grant!
