Zoya, Fall 2012: DIVA Collection, Swatches

Zoya’s new metallic collection, for fall 2012, DIVA, is a stunner.  Bold, beautiful colors — 4 in their signature metallic/shimmer formula and 2 in a light-catching shimmer/glitter formula.

Let’s have a look at some swatches, shall we?

Elisa is a very festive red.  Bright, beautiful and nearly opaque in one coat.  The above photo, however, is two coats.

Purple-lovers will adore Suri.

Pictured above, you can see lovely Suri on all four nails and layered on top of my index and middle fingers, shimmery Daul.  They make a lovely pair, no?

Above we have pinky-purple Daul all on her own.  The index and middle fingers have one coat and the ring and pinky fingers have two coats.

Song is an electric blue stunner.

Above, you can see Song paired with FeiFei.  Each nail has 2 coats of Song and the index and middle fingers have 2 coats of FeiFei layered on top.

Here we have the amorous FeiFei on her own.  I’ve layered the nails progressively — index finger has 1 coat of polish, the middle finger has 2 coats, ring finger has 3 coats and pinky has 4 coats.

Last, we have Ray, which is quite a bit more sheer than the other shades.  You’ll definitely need two good coats to reach opacity.
