About a month ago, BzzAgent.com sent me a free Dr. Scholl’s, For Her, High Heel Insoles trial kit. Click *HERE* to see my first impressions post with pictures and thoughts when the kit arrived, and for a brief overview of the BzzAgent program.
“The unique design helps prevent foot aches and pains caused by high heels two inches and higher. Plus, the ultra-soft gel arch shifts pressure off the ball of your foot while providing guaranteed all-day comfort.” Dr. Scholl’s Website
The insoles are designed specifically for shoe sizes 6-10 and I wear size 5 1/2 – 6, so I was concerned that these might be too big. They fit my shoes and feet very well, however.
They have a slightly sticky side, which you press firmly into your heels for a nice, neat fit. It’s not sticky enough to ruin your shoes, however and you can even take them out to use in other shoes. The insoles are a clear gel-looking cushion and are not noticeable when you’re wearing your heels.
The packaging says that the insoles fit comfortably in sandals, slingbacks, slides, heels and strappy dress shoes, and I would agree with that — very versatile.
Verdict: After wearing Dr. Scholl’s, For Her, High Heel Insoles multiple times in different heels and shoes, I’ve found that although they definitely don’t provide “all-day comfort,” as suggested, they do ease foot strain and increase the amount of time I can comfortably wear heels. That’s good enough for me! Bring on the strappiest, highest, most sultry heels you’ve got, baby!
.
A big thank you to BzzAgent.com and to Dr. Scholl’s for allowing me to experience the new Dr. Scholl’s, For Her, High Heel Insoles!
