In all of human history, there has never been someone exactly like you.

You may feel desperately alone sometimes, but you’re not an accident.  There is purpose to your being here and you have a destiny in this life that only you can fulfill.

All of the destructive thoughts that pop into your head: you’re not good enough; you’re not pretty enough; no one will ever love you the way you need to be loved; you’re too fat; you’re too ugly; you’re useless; you can’t do anything right; you’re a loser; you don’t deserve to be treated right; you’ll never amount to anything; etc., etc., etc. <<———– Those are all big, fat, hairy lies.

BIG, FAT, HAIRY LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  The words that make you sad, the words that make you cry . . . the things they said and the things they didn’t say — those were all lies.  But if you believe the lies, you’ll live them out and watch them come to pass.

The truth is that you were born AMAZING . . . 

 . . . UNIQUE . . .  SPECIAL . . . 

. . . ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKINGLY STUNNING.  Your body is an incredible miracle machine in itself, let alone all of the goodies wrapped inside of your personality & soul.

You have gifts and talents that are necessary in this world.  You fit into the big picture. You belong. You are needed and this world wouldn’t be the same without you.

Maybe your talents are building, making music, artistry, fashion . . . maybe you’re an encourager, or a nurturer, maybe you’re a scientist. Perhaps, you’re great at crunching numbers, or teaching, or writing, being patient, finding solutions, organizing, helping people, caring for those who can’t take care of themselves, sharing, arithmetic . . .  Maybe your talent is that you’re an adventurous spirit who’s not afraid to take risks.  Maybe your gift is stability and a sense of calm.

Whatever your gifts are, you are amazing and you are necessary, even if you don’t know it yet, and even if you don’t know what your talents are.  If you doubt my words, send me a message.  I would love to chat about how awesome you are.
